VISUAL IDENTITY

Healthy Cities Symposium

Healthy Cities Symposium hosted their first conference in Calgary in 2014. The conference aims to reshape the idea of a healthy city through the exchange of knowledge, endorsement of collaboration and successful planning for improvements to the overall functionality and design of growing urban landscapes. As an inaugural event the symposium was in need of a visual identity, concept statement, tag line and logo to help promote their event. My teammate, Megan Miles, and I researched similar initiatives around the globe working towards more sustainable and livable urban cities. We used our research to develop a visual identity and provide HCS with a brochure of our process, rational for decisions, and finalized visual identity.
